One day, my then boss, asked me if I would take on the responsibility of supporting the many Palm Pilots that were being used by company executives. I said, "Sure, but don't you think I should have one so I know what I'm talking about?" He bought me the bottom end Palm Pilot, and my reliance on these PDA, electronic "brains", was born.
